Good morning! I have this part that I'm trying to convert to sheet metal, a rolled open profile that will likely be formed on a rod in a press brake with a suitable special bottom die. I can get the surface created but not any swept profiles that will flatten. The thickness is .049 if that helps and I would use a K factor of .5

I have been using surfaces with the aim of later converting them to sheet metal. The way i have gone about this is simply modeling internal/external faces using surfaces. However, when i go to 'convert sheet metal' I have no luck. I am attempt to make a sheet metal part out of a lofted surface. I have come to a stop where i need help to proceed further. Attached is the model in Solidworks 2018. I would like to make this a sheet metal part. I believe it can be created without having to stretch the metal, but I don't know any way to make this using the sheet metal options. The lofted bend isn't working because I don't see any options of making it tangent. I can't use surface flatten because I don't have Premium. Thanks!

Ok, so, if you cant' have bends across non planar faces, how in the heck do you tell Solidworks "It's ok, we do it all the time in the real world!" I would .
