this is what the electrical supplier sold me, it threads onto my PVC bushing through which the romex passes; there is also a thin metal nut that sandwiches the bushing assembly through the side of the box - you thread the metal nut onto the threaded PVC bushing, and leave enough thread behind it to pass the PVC bushing with its metal nut .
